She’s widely known for her character in the long-running NBC sitcom The Cosby Show (mid-’80’s to early ’90s), starring comic Bill Cosby. Bledsoe got her start in show business at only four years old when she got advertisements for Safeway grocery stores and Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes cereal. The show was an instant success and Bledsoe had ‘arrived’. When The Cosby Show went off the air in 1992, Bledsoe, just 19 years old, took a step back from playing and completed her degree at NYU.
