Terence Trent D’Arby is an American singer songwriter that has a net worth of $2 million. Terence Trent D’Arby was born in Manhattan, Ny in March 1962. Terence was the Florida Gold Gloves lightweight champ in 1980. While he was there D’Arby was a band leader for the group The Touch who released the record Love On Time in 1984. The record made the top 5 in the United States, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Sweden, as well as the united kingdom. It was certified 5x Platinum in America and 2x Platinum in America and Canada. It included the singles “Should You Allow Me To Stay”, “Wishing Well”, “Dance Little Sister”, and “Sign Your Name”. D’Arby’s second record Neither Fish Not Flesh charted in identical states but didn’t have just as much success. The record was launched in 1989 and included the singles “This Side of Love” and “To Know Someone Deeply Would Be To Know Someone Softly”. He went to release the record Symphony or Damn in 1993 and Vibrator in 1995. In 1999 he filled in as the vocalist of the group INXS. D’Arby Switched his name to Sananda Maitreya in 2001. He went on to release records in 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2011, and 2013.
